Specifications include, but are not limited to: Operate a license office under the name of the Vendor Name identified in the signature block at the bottom of the RFP cover page. Manage such license office and perform all required duties for such license office relating to the collection of motor vehicle and marine sales and use taxes, processing of related title transactions, and the sale of motor vehicle and marine registrations and driver licenses (including commercial driver licenses, nondriver licenses, permits, etc.) under the provisions of Missouri law, including, but not limited to section 136.055, RSMo, and chapters 32, 115, 144, 301, 302, 303, 306, 307, 643, and 700, RSMo, and Department of Revenue policies and procedures.
