General Requirements: The contractor shall provide vinyl ticking material for the Department of Corrections, Missouri Vocational Enterprises in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide the products required herein. Performance/Product Requirements: Ordering: The state agency will issue its own properly authorized purchase order on an as needed basis. The contractor must not ship until he/she is in receipt of an approved contract release. Minimum Order Guarantee: The state agency guarantees a minimum order of 2,500 linear yards per contract order. Packaging Instructions: The contractor shall protectively wrap rolls in plastic (brown paper and/or boxes are unacceptable). Each roll must be on approximately a 2” core and marked with the lot number, contract order number, and the exact yardage enclosed. Cores shall be sturdy. Crushed cores shall be unacceptable.
