2.2.1 Trash Receptacle: The contractor shall provide one (1) four (4) cubic yard receptacle and shall place the receptacle at a location designated by the Department. 2.2.2 The contractor shall retain ownership of the trash receptacles provided and shall keep the trash receptacles in good mechanical and safe working condition. a. Within forty-eight (48) hours of the Department’s notification to the contractor, the contractor shall repair or schedule the repair of the trash receptacle reported by the Department as having mechanical problems. b. The contractor shall supply a replacement trash receptacle at no additional fee to the Department in the case of a trash receptacle needing to be removed for repair or maintenance. 2.2.3 Scheduled Trash Collection: The contractor shall provide trash collection service for the receptacle on a scheduled basis, as specified below: a. The contractor shall collect trash from the one (1) four (4) cubic yard receptacle one (2) times per week on days and times agreeable to the Department.
