The Vendor must utilize either a Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday pickup for containers serviced twice per week. The Vendor must utilize a Monday-Wednesday-Friday pickup for containers serviced three times per week. The Vendor must ensure the trash enclosure gate is closed and secure after each pick-up. If there is any issue with securing the enclosure gate, it must be reported to the County. If the Vendor misses a scheduled waste pickup, the Vendor will be held responsible for removing the waste from the County Park within twenty-four hours of the deficiency notification provided by the County. If the Vendor fails to remove the waste from the County’s Park within twenty-four hours of the deficiency notification, the Vendor must issue a credit memo to the County for the appropriate volume of the waste container(s) that the Vendor failed to service appropriately.
