Neither exclusivity nor any specific amount of work will be promised in the Agreement, and the City will decide when and if to request services. The selected Consultant should include: • Prepare traffic impact studies based on site development plans submitted to the City by applicants when requested by City staff. The Consultant will advise the City on the scope of the traffic study and possibly participate in scoping meetings with either Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) or St. Louis County Department of Transportation if needed. • Review site development plans and provide recommendations addressing site circulation, site access, pedestrian access, and safety surrounding traffic impacts. • Attend the application review meetings with City staff and petitioners concerning traffic impacts.
