The Solution must have the ability to capture and manage structured metadata for academic programs and courses, including, but not limited to: Course Title Course Number Credit Hours Course Outcomes (if available) The Solution must provide support for secure document uploads (e.g., course syllabi) with appropriate file size limitations and accepted formats (PDF, DOCX). The Solution must store data in a structured and queryable format to support future reporting and analysis. The Solution must offer export functionality for collected data in standard formats (CSV, JSON, XML). The Solution’s design must support future AI/ML tool integration for program and course similarity analysis. Application and data storage must be hosted in a U.S.-based secure cloud environment compliant with data privacy regulations. The Solution must provide a role-based access control (RBAC) to restrict data visibility based on user roles. The Solution shall include an intuitive user interface for data entry and document uploads by institutional representatives. The Solution must be scalable to expand from pilot institutions to all 27 public institutions of higher education in Missouri. The Solution must utilize modular design to allow for additional data fields and functionality without major rework.
