As part of this training, Consultant will be responsible for the following: Providing all course facilitators, leaders / instructors, who must have previous successful experience providing the COMT course in partnership with the State of Missouri, State of Illinois, or with DHS/FEMA. Providing and shipping the student manuals, handouts and other required training materials. Collecting all required forms, including evaluations, rosters, sign-in sheets, etc. Electronic copies of this information must be provided to Council. Hard copies should be submitted with the invoice. The Consultant will be required to provide copies of the certificates of completion to the attendees, the Council and will be required to coordinate the transfer of copies of the certificates to the State of Missouri’s Emergency Management Agency. The Consultant will NOT be responsible for providing meals, as attendee meals are unallowable per grant guidelines and cannot be included in the cost of the proposal.
