WHITE AND YELLOW HIGH BUILD FAST DRY TRAFFIC PAINT 3.1.1 Materials: Ennis Flint EF Series or approved equal high build fast dry waterborne traffic paints for use in marking parking lots and roads. Paint may be applied ambient airless, conventional or heated for faster dry time. Paint shall conform to current VOC regulations and to the requirements of Federal Specification TT-P-1952F Types III. These paints must have a no pickup time of no more than ten minutes when properly applied at ambient conditions of 77 degrees F at 50% humidity. The no pick up time shall be two minutes when glass beads are applied at a rate of 6 lbs per gallon to a 15 mil wet line when applied at the weather conditions listed above.
