Specifications include, but are not limited to: Parkway School District (District) is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) for a Time and Attendance solution, implementation services, implementation training, and technical support. Parkway School District currently has approximately 3,000 active staff. Summary of Application Integrations/Interfaces The proposed time and attendance solution must have the capability to fully integrate and/or interface with the District’s Tyler Technologies Munis ERP system, Frontline AESOP, and the District’s Microsoft SQL data warehouse. ** Interface definition - data is duplicated in systems with jobs doing file transfers/extracts., etc. Integrate definition - data is accessed in real-time from one system to the other. Currently, the District sends employee data, job classes, and account codes from Tyler Technology Munis to our current time and attendance solution. Certified and nurse staff absence data comes from Frontline AESOP to our current time and attendance solution.
