VitalSmarts, LC dba Crucial Learning qualifies as a single feasible source as they are the sole owner of the intellectual property assets in the form of training programs and all associated materials for the following programs: Crucial Conversations – Tools for Talking When Stakes are High; Crucial Accountability – Tools for Resolving Violated Expectations, Broken Commitments, and Bad Behavior; Influencer – The New Science of Leading Change; Change Anything; POWER OF HABIT™ training worldwide; GETTING THINGS DONE® methodology; and GTD CCORE™ system. According to RSMo 34.044, a single feasible source can be utilized when the service requirement is proprietary and only available from a single provider. As a result, this represents a proprietary requirement that meets the criteria as a single feasible source under RSMo 34.044 and the State is pursuing this acquisition as a Single Feasible Source.
