General Requirements: The contractor shall provide a tandem axle flatbed truck with forklift mount as set forth herein for SEMA (hereinafter referred to as the “state agency”) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The contractor’s provided tandem axle flatbed truck with forklift mount shall be clean, lubricated, serviced and ready for immediate use by the state agency, which shall include installation of all required options and accessories and removal of all plastic and signage (e.g. window sticker) from the interior and exterior of the tandem axle flatbed truck with forklift mount. The contractor shall understand and agree that the window sticker may be left in the “glove box” or included with other documentation. Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide the tandem axle flatbed truck required herein. Tandem Axle Flatbed Truck Requirements: The contractor shall provide the tandem axle flatbed truck with forklift mount with all manufacturer’s standard equipment, as required by the state agency, upon receipt of an authorized purchase order from the state agency. The contractor shall understand and agree that all items of standard equipment that are normally provided with the specified tandem axle flatbed truck with forklift mount by the manufacturer shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted or are specified to be other than standard. The contractor shall further understand and agree that all options and/or accessories stated herein must be the manufacturer’s original equipment and aftermarket options and/or accessories shall not be acceptable.
