Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District desires to initiate a negotiated contract for provision of tutorial services starting between November and January of the 2023- 2024 school year. The District reserves all its rights to enter into negotiations with one or more of the qualified vendors through this RFP process. The scope is for in-person or online tutorial services which includes managing the day to day operations of the service; documenting student performance outcomes; implementing a structure and method of instructional tutoring techniques to ensure an individualized approach to serve each child’s tutorial needs; providing qualified staff; providing services for approximately 3 secondary school sites; determining the location and hours of service; and determining the methods and reports for demonstrating student progress. The District seeks to contract with a vendor that has experience and capacity to complete the following: Partner with school leadership teams to identify students for tutoring services based on need or interest, communicate with parents to get permission for services and provide updates on progress / performance. Provide a detailed data analysis by District and school of student academic progress /performance, enrollment, achievement, and attendance. Disaggregate the data by race/ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic status, disability, and English language proficiency.
