Specifications include, but are not limited to: Food service providers for three campuses- Blue River (Independence, MO), Longview (Lee’s Summit, MO), and Maple Woods (Kansas City, MO). OUTCOME MCC is looking to partner with three (3) locally owned restaurants, food trucks, or catering companies to run one of the three campus café locations for the Fall/Winter term (October – December) with the possible option to return for the Spring Semester (January – May). The vendor shall provide all small equipment, products, materials, supplies and services necessary for the proper execution of the agreement. The vendor(s) will remain a separate and independent entity from MCC. The vendor(s) will be required to close while the campuses are closed for holiday breaks – two weeks for Winter Break and one week for Spring Break.
