Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.3 The contractor shall provide any technology necessary for providing the services required herein, including, but not limited to, the following: a. Operating system of Microsoft Windows 10 or better; b. Internet browser that is compatible with WebSPOE. A list of browsers that are compatible with WebSPOE may be found at: https://www.mofirststeps.com/BrowserCompatibility.aspx. c. Adobe Reader; and d. Secure internet access and telephone system to include: 1) The contractor shall provide reliable, secure internet access for all SPOE personnel. It is highly desired to be a broadband connection. 2) The contractor shall provide a dedicated telephone system and published phone number for the local First Steps office. 3) The contractor must staff the telephone system from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. C.T. Monday through Friday except for federal holidays identified in paragraph 2.6.5. The telephone system must be equipped with a voicemail system for calls received outside of office hours. All voicemails shall be returned within once business day. 4) The contractor must publicize the phone number with appropriate community leaders, state agency offices, childcare facilities, school districts, doctor’s offices, and other venues to reach families at a local level. The local office number shall be listed as “First Steps” followed by the official SPOE name referenced in the table above.
