Specifications include, but are not limited to: The KCATA estimates total annual quantities of 5,00 gallons of bulk antifreeze and 10,500 gallons of diesel exhaust fluid annually. D. General Requirements: Contractor shall deliver bulk antifreeze and bulk DEF, at specified times of order, to KCATA’s bulk tank farm at 1350 East 17th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108. Deliveries need to be made between 7am-3pm. Deliveries made within 48 hours after receipt of order. Prices shall include delivery to aforementioned address and remained fixed for the duration of the contract term. E. Technical Specifications: Bulk Antifreeze shall include at a minimum the following: • Single-phase, ethylene glycol-based antifreeze coolant • Total glycols wt.% 94.0 minimum • Color green • Premium quality, low-silicate, all-purpose coolant for use in automotive engines, particularly those containing aluminum alloys, as well as for heavy-duty diesel engines • Meets or exceeds the stringent aluminum corrosion protection requirements of major car manufacturers • Concentration of silicate shall be in compliance with Cummins and other heavy-duty diesel engine manufacturers’ silicate requirements
