Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Services should include, but is not limited to, the following: 1.The agency should offer a substance abuse education sessions with rolling enrollment for middle and high school age students 2.The length of each session, and the overall duration of the program, should be evidence based and determined by the provider 3.The sessions should be offered at least twice a week (afternoon, evening, or Saturday), allowing students to have the option to choose which group they attend 4.Sessions should be offered at more than one location 5.Drug testing can occur at the request of the parent/guardian 6.The agency should offer optional support sessions for parents/guardians
