Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Department of Social Services (DSS), Children’s Division has requested contract CS220643001 with Evident Change be amended to add requirements related to the terms and conditions for the sharing of confidential data for reviewing and enhancing the Structured Decision Making® (SDM) risk assessment and risk reassessment as well as a review of practice, policy, and performance of the current SDM risk assessment. The SDM system is proprietary to Evident Change, thus making Evident Change a single feasible source for the SDM. To allow time to cover the full extent of the services within the contract, one (1) additional one-year renewal options is required to be added to the existing contract.
