A. Inventory Update & Location Mapping- Review and update the current tree inventory (approximately 14,000) by adding new assets and removing those that no longer exist. All data collected shall be recorded in a format compatible with the City’s existing inventory system and asset GUIDs. The contractor is expected to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the assessment process. B. Tree Attribute & Condition Assessment- Record the following data for each tree: ● Common name ● Diameter at breast height (DBH) ● Overall condition assessment ● Level 2 risk assessment ● Identified defects or observations; Record the following information for each stump: ● Diameter ● Height above ground ● Percent of root ball exposed ● Any associated sidewalk damage; C.
