The selected Contractor will provide comprehensive data collection and assessments for all trees and stumps located in the public right-of-way (street trees) within the tornado response zones (Exhibit A), based on the City’s existing tree inventory. Tree assessments must be completed by ISA certified arborists, and Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) is preferred. A. Inventory Update & Location Mapping Review and update the current tree inventory (approximately 14,000) by adding new assets and removing those that no longer exist. All data collected shall be recorded in a format compatible with the City’s existing inventory system and asset GUIDs. The contractor is expected to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the assessment process. B.
