Category One: Organizational Development Requirements: The contractor shall provide organizational development consulting services. The contractor shall understand and agree that the actual projects that may be required by the state agency are not known. However, the following is a list of the services that may be required by the state agency under this category: On-the-Ground Team/Department Development; Creating Department Rules of Engagement; Strategic Planning; Projections in Business Development; Business Process Redesign Services; Legislative strategy; and Public information/messaging strategy. Category Two: Executive Coaching Requirements: The contractor shall provide executive coaching consulting services.
