Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to lease land at the Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia, Missouri for installing broadband facilities and/or equipment. The State Fairgrounds is owned by the State of Missouri and managed by the State Fair Commission (State Fair). The Office of Administration (OA) is responsible for leasing State-owned property pursuant to § 34.030, RSMo. OA’s Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction (FMDC) is accepting proposals for a ground lease or leases at the State Fairgrounds for broadband purposes in order to support broadband access for citizens of the State of Missouri and to generate revenue for the State Fair.
