Proposals are to be made for the following: A) To provide Spring Clean Up for VFW & Jr. Babe Ruth ballfields Proposal should provide for: a. Ensure base distances are correct and square and properly install bases, including any needed measuring between home plate and foul poles; b. Spring clean up to entire infield and warning tracks (where applicable). Please explain whether this includes tilling and laser grading; c. Pitching Mound Renovations and resetting pitching rubbers are to be set properly (where applicable); d. Renovate home plate areas as needed with mound clay, and ensure home plate is oriented correctly. e. Define all lines throughout infield and warning track areas and walkups. f. Top Dress infields as needed. g Please specify if onsite materials are adequate quantity or if additional materials are needed; City shall provide materials, including but not limited to top dressing, infield mix, conditioner, etc. h. Please include training sessions for city staff to ensure fields are cared for properly. i. Work to be awarded approximately Wednesday, January 21t, 2026, and shall be completed no later than Friday, February 13th, 2026. j. List Field Pricing individually. B) Please address any warranties included or any work not included. C) Please address any materials that would need to be provided by the city. D) Please exclude any spraying/treatment of turf. This is being handled separately.
