To provide spraying of: B) 9 baseball/ softball fields at Sikeston Complex 6 soccer fields at Sikeston Complex Little League Foothall Field at Sikeston Complex Dog Park at Sikeston Complex Rotary Park Softball Field Danceler Softball Field VFW Baseball Field The purpose of this project is to maintain our sport fields at ideal playing conditions. Provide spray prescription plan per field: a. Include a plan of proper usage of chemicals such as fungicide, herbicide, insecticide and fertilizer b. Provide chemical trade names and EPA REG. NO. c. Provide chemical labels d. Provide an application timeline throughout the calendar year per field & what chemical(s) will be used. We request a minimum of six (6) applications. e. Provide estimated overall cost for applications and products f. Successful vendor to bill per application throughout the year. C) Must be able to provide application report within 48 hours of application
