The contractor shall provide a 24 x 60 Doublewide Mobile Classroom/Office, not older than 5 years old, for Special Acres School for the Severely Disabled located at 519 Eighth Street, Park Hills, MO 63601, in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the department. 2.1.2 The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the contractor. 2.2 Product Requirements: 2.2.1 The mobile classroom must be a 24 x 60 Doublewide, handicapped accessible with a floor plan for 2 classrooms, 1 restroom and 2 exit doors. The mobile classroom must have hard surface flooring, and the interior walls must have a washable surface. The mobile classroom must include the following: HVAC for heating and cooling, Aluminum Switchback ADA Ramp with rails for both exit doors, vinyl skirting, and electrical hook-ups and plumbing. The contractor shall schedule, transport and set-up the mobile classroom at the prepared site location within 90 days of receipt of authorized purchase order.
