Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3043 will be issued on or about 27-September-2021 and can be accessed at https://sam.gov. This requirement is for Snow Removal Services at Facility MO013.
The performance period is from 1-November-2021 to 31-October-2022, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Offeror shall submit a signed SF 1449, completed information from the Supplemental section, responses to Provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26, and a completed Price Schedule (Attachment 1).
The site visit will be held at Facility MO013 (11101 Independence Ave., Independence, MO 64054) on Monday, 04-October-2021 at 2:00 pm (local time).

Vendors interested in this solicitation should access https://sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
