• Provide and install 20mill LVT over existing VCT • Roughly 3,700sq foot area, contractors to field verify all measurements • LVT bid should be $3.50 to $4.00 square foot pricing. Note both mill and cost per SF in bid • Repair any existing VCT that needs to be repaired per LVT manufacturer recommendations • LVT will be installed according to the manufacturer's recommendations, including all necessary prep work. The contractor is responsible for preparing the VCT at their own expense. • Stone or abstract LVT look • At least a 10-year manufacturing and workmanship warranty • LVT samples are to be provided with bid. Contractors can pick up samples 10 days from bid opening. • Provide, remove and replace all transition strips • Provide, remove and replace all cove base with 6in vinyl cove base, color to be picked out by City. Any damage caused by removing cove base will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair. • All work to be performed after 2pm, winning contractor will provide schedule • Senior Center will remain open during time of install and MUST remain accessible to our residents. The city will work with the contractor to rope off the area that they are working on for the next day’s work. • Debris removed nightly and presentable prior to opening at 9 am. • The city will work with the contractor on moving furniture around.
