Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Library is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide unarmed security officer services at the Kathryn Linnemann Branch tentatively scheduled from 2 - 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 1 - 5 p.m. on Fridays during the City of St. Charles School District school year with the flexibility of providing additional service hours such as Early Release Days, as needed. The selected service provider will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform security officer services for the Library. The selected service provider will provide all security officer uniforms, and officers will be in uniform at all times while on duty. Officers will be licensed and in good standing with St. Charles County.
