Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Category One, Emergency and Threat Preparedness, school safety improvement program services, as referenced herein, shall include, at a minimum, the following: The development of emergency operations plans (EOPs) or evaluation and enhancement of existing EOPs; Evaluation of the State of Missouri’s public school’s preparedness for cybersecurity threats, physical security threats, and insider threats; and The development of school safety improvement assessments and program templates.; The Category Two, School-Based Mental and Behavioral Health Services, school safety improvement program services, as referenced herein, shall include, at a minimum, the following: Teaching best practices to school staff for addressing student mental health and behavioral risks; and The implementation of a formal behavioral risk assessment team.; The Category Three, School Safety Training, school safety improvement program services, as referenced herein, shall include, at a minimum, the following: The implementation of a comprehensive school safety training catalog; Programs to provide training and continuing education courses for school safety resource officers; and The implementation of a multi-day school safety conference.
