2.1 Demolition of old building, Build Concrete slab, Pavilion, ADA unisex restroom, electrical lighting/receptacles, connect utilities electrical sewer/water, and connect sidewalk to pavilion. • Demolition will be clearing and removal of debris of the old restrooms. City of Neosho has a disposal site for debris to be taken to. • Concrete slab will be approximately 24 feet wide x 40 feet long with 4-inch thickness with 2'x2' footings. Concrete slab will run East to West. • Pavilion will be approximately 24 feet wide x 40 feet long running east to west, with wooden truss system 2ft centers. Metal roof/trim and guttering, the color to match the other restrooms throughout the parks. The ceiling/sofit will be metal/trim approximately 8 feet in height, using 8"x8" posts. Lighting will be approximately 6 - LED lights with dusk to dawn sensor control in pavilion on own dedicated breaker. Install one receptacle at each end of pavilion, mounted to a structural post, with four outlets per receptacle. All receptacles are to be GFCI-protected in accordance with code. Receptacles shall be on their own dedicated breakers. • Restroom will be approximately 10 feet by 10 feet using split face blocks under pavilion on North side in the center of pavilion with 36" metal door/metal jamb opening to the South with a vacant occupied bathroom lock. Ceiling will be metal with trim. The restroom will have (1) commercial stainless-steel toilet with an automatic flush armature valve, toilet supplied by owner, contractor responsible for automatic flush armature valve. (1) stainless steel urinal with push button flush valve, (1) wall mount divider between toilet and urinal. (1) stainless steel restroom sink with push button timed faucet and hardware. Handrails to meet ADA guidelines. (1) LED ceiling light/exhaust fan with motion detected sensor own dedicated breaker. (1) baby changing station. (1) floor drain. Toilet paper dispenser, hand towel dispenser, and soap dispenser will be supplied by owner. • Connect utilities - Sewer/water - Water and sewer utilities are located adjacent to the proposed building site and are available for connection. Contractor shall install a clean-out at the point of the new sewer line connection for maintenance access. (Bidder shall confirm exact dimensions before bids are submitted). • Electrical to be installed in restroom/pavilion and stubbed out 5 feet from pavilion • Sidewalk - Provide and install new sidewalk sections to connect the existing sidewalk with the new pavilion and the existing playground equipment area. Sidewalk shall be constructed with a minimum thickness of 4 inches. Approximately 75' of 6'wide sidewalk (bidder shall confirm exact dimensions before bids are submitted). Sidewalk shall be ground level. Concrete mix shall meet the requirements for durability and strength for sidewalk, minimum of 3500 psi and 6-inch depth of base rock. Troweled or ¼" wide x l" deep saw joints shall be placed at distances of 8 to 10 feet intervals. • Worksite - clean up.
