The contractor shall provide the grass mowing services, to include mowing, edging, clearing, and/or trimming on a scheduled basis, as needed. The contractor must have enough equipment and personnel to complete all mowing, edging, clearing, and/or and trimming. 2.2.4 The state agency reserves the right to increase, suspend or extend services due to climate conditions (very wet in spring, floods, drought in summer or if the growing season extends beyond normal) during the growing season. The state agency will only pay for services requested and rendered. 2.2.5 The contractor must remove all debris from the grounds before mowing, edging, clearing, or trimming. The contractor shall be responsible for proper removal and disposal of debris. 2.2.6 The contractor shall be responsible for all of the facility grounds vegetation control, as indicated on the attached site maps. a. inside and outside the fencing of the mapped areas; b. the edging of all property inside of the fencing of the mapped areas; and
