Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intention of these specifications that the Contractor shall provide snow removal services,deicing and salt application services for various parking lots located within the City of Lee sSummit. This contract will not include clearing sidewalks. The expectation of the contractor fromPublic Works Operations (PWO) is to adhere to a Bare Pavement Policy, where frozenprecipitation is removed from the paved surface and de-icing chemicals are applied. The SnowBoss or his designated representative will determine acceptability of all work and/or servicesperformed. If the work and/or services are not acceptable, the contractor will be called in toreview and correct all problem areas without additional cost to the City. PWO recognizes thatBare Pavement is not achievable in all circumstances and this requirement may be waived underextreme circumstances
