• Bio Clean all masonry with Enviro Klean by Prosoco or approved equal. • Replace up to 500 individual bricks at settlement crack areas o Tooth out existing damaged brick o Install new brick to match existing • Spot tuckpoint 1500 square feet o Grind with dustless vacuum per OSHA guidelines o Grind min. ½” in depth or to sound mortar o Lightly rinse ground mortar joints to remove any contaminates or loose material o Install Type “N” mortar- tooling, texture and color to match existing • Tuckpoint all windowsills and protruding decorative coursing (see below) at 100% o Grind with dustless vacuum per OSHA guidelines o Grind min. ½” in depth or to sound mortar o Lightly rinse ground mortar joints to remove any contaminates or loose material o Install Type “N” mortar- tooling, texture and color to match existing • Cut out and re-caulk window perimeters- metal frame to brick masonry, metal to metal, and metal to glass (glazing) o Remove existing sealant o Clean and prep both edges o Solvent wipe o Install baking to proper depth o Apply silicone sealant by Dowsil with no less than 100% elasticity, tooled to a concave finish
