Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is an interior renovation of a portion of the lower level of the existing Shrewsbury Public Safety building located at 4400 Shrewsbury Avenue, Shrewsbury, MO 63119 for the fire staff. The main floor existing courtroom/training room will become a temporary bunk room for the fire staff while the construction is taking place. A temporary wall is also being placed at the existing entry foyer to provide privacy for the fire staff and access to the restrooms. The scope of work includes interior demolition and new construction. Demolition scope includes removal or modification of existing interior partitions, door assemblies, casework, finishes, ceilings, ceiling-mounted elements, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and may impact existing constructed elements. New construction scope includes the elements as described in these drawings, including but not limited to new walls, doors, glazing, finishes, casework, furniture, fixtures, equipment, ceilings, lighting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and may impact existing constructed elements.
