Specifications include, but are not limited to:SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED: Contractor shall provide services of one uniformed officer between the hours of 1500 to 2300, 8 hours per day Monday through Friday, including holidays (which include: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Holiday, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day) to the College of Veterinary Medicine. Hours are subject to change per customer request. The officer is to patrol (external and internal patrol) to the five Veterinary Medicine buildings on the University of Missouri property ensuring the safety of faculty, staff, visitors, clients and students. Officer performing such service shall: 1.Evaluate the Locations for criminal activity, vandalism, disorderly conduct, loitering or other nuisance behavior and lighting conditions; 2.Regularly patrol designated area around the College of Veterinary Medicine (external and internal patrol areas), enforcing security regulations, maintaining secure areas, assessing possible hazards, identifying and relocating unauthorized personnel, and maintaining continuous contact with main security areas. 3.Conduct random foot patrols to check doors, windows, or lighting at Customer’s Locations. 4.Complete opening and closing procedures. Ensure that windows and doors are secure. May identify security problems and develop, and implement solutions in response. 5.Provide assistance to occupants/patrons, as needed
