Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Jefferson County Juvenile Office has need in 2014 to contract for Security services at two locations. These locations are: Jefferson County Juvenile Office, 2nd floor, Jefferson County Justice Center, 400 First Street, Hillsboro, Mo. 63050 and Jefferson County Juvenile Center, 9501 Gold Finch Lane, Hillsboro, Mo. 63050. Security personnel will be responsible for access control which includes screening juveniles and accompanying family members entering the Juvenile Office afterhours to participate in probation checks and screening all non-court personnel entering the Juvenile Center for the purpose of conducting visitation with juveniles in secure detention and in the Susan Nuckols Treatment program. Security personnel will maintain a presence during the delivery of Probation Orientation Programs conducted afterhours by Juvenile personnel for recently adjudicated juvenile offenders and their families. Security personnel shall be observant for inappropriate actions, criminal activity, disorder/disruption, fire and emergency situations
