Specifications include, but are not limited to: Southeast Missouri State University (“Southeast� or “University�) wishes to contract with a firm (“contractor�) to provide services related to the identification of qualified individuals to interview for a Cybersecurity faculty position. The University is seeking a firm which can provide the services listed below. Please note that once the contractor identifies a suitable pool of candidates, the University will make contact with the candidates, do phone interviews, invite to campus, handle travel arrangements, make the final determination of best candidate, and extend offer. 1.1 Become familiar with the needs of the University in the area of Cybersecurity Studies, and develop a robust applicant pool of possible high-quality candidates. Include advertising in appropriate media and strategy for augmenting the applicant pool with additional, strong candidates through direct contacts. 1.2 Utilize public and private sector organizations to ensure a comprehensive search effort to locate possible candidates. Organizations should include higher educational institutions, private-sector firms, government-sector organizations, etc. 1.3 Recommend a pool of at least 5 candidates to the University. Pool should include candidate resumes and references. Candidates must be acceptable not only to contractor, but also to the University.
