Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Create a Transition Schedule including systems design, data transfers, employee enrollments, rollovers, document writing. • Recommend IRS approved plan designs for KCATA management to review. ➢ 457(b) Deferred Compensation and ➢ 457 Roth Plan Management for all interested KCATA employees. ➢ 401(a) Plan Management for Salary employees. • Configuration of systems feeding to and/or feeding from KCATA’s ERP (currently Infor Lawson/soon to be Infor CloudSuite) and ADP Platforms. • Training for KCATA employees who are designated administrators. RFP #G19-8009-28A Retirement Plan Offerings & Management Page 8 of 50 • Recommend Education on retirement/investment types for KCATA employees to encourage buy in, such as: ➢ Workshops ➢ One on One discussion opportunities • Documentation for informational purposes to distribute to employees. • System design. The system should be able to manage the following areas: employee contributions, employer contributions, sortable data reporting, interface with Infor/CloudSuite, interface with ADP, provide essential reporting for employer and employees.
