TS-02 SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor required to complete the necessary replacement of the existing pump and disconnect listed above to include, but not be limited to: • Salt down well to stop artesian flow • Pull well pump and motor • Conduct static video log of well • Complete all necessary repairs to wellhead and associated piping down to underground flange • Supply and install new well pump, motor, wiring, and new well seals and gaskets o New pump to be the equivalent of the existing pump • Replace existing electrical disconnect • Test operation of well pump • Chlorinate well • Ensure that no chlorine remains before any water is routed to the treatment plant A. Well #9 data: The following data is for Well 9 at Burnt Store Water Treatment Plant: • Well depth – 642 feet • Well Pump depth – 150 feet • Current pump Grundfos #300N200-5 • Current motor Franklin 2366154020, 25 hp • Stainless steel • 4- inch pump diameter and drop pipe B.
