● Conduct a site visit to assess the existing roof conditions. (Optional) ● Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the complete roof replacement. ● Remove and dispose of the existing roofing system in accordance with all applicable regulations. ● Inspection and repair of the existing roof deck. ● Installation of a new EPDM or TPO roofing system. ● Install a new roofing system, including insulation, membrane, flashing and other accessories as needed. ● Provide all necessary safety measures during the project. ● Conduct a final inspection and provide a warranty for the new roof. ● Contractor is responsible for securing all required permits and inspections. ● Contractor is responsible for providing Certificates of Insurance acceptable to the School, and must be filed with the School prior to commencement of the work.
