St. Charles County is seeking consultant services to conduct roof condition assessments as well as assist with replacement projects. Assessments are defined as an expert opinion on the condition and expected life remaining on the existing roof. The roof replacement projects would include determining the appropriate roofing material and complete systems for the site, assist project manager with writing the bid specifications, assisting with bid results assessment, and conducting site evaluation during construction, which include overseeing installation to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications. Each assessment or project would be priced according to the complexity of the effort at the time it is requested.
