Specifications must meet or exceed what is specified • Current Unit o York o Model: ZF060N10N4AAA1A o Serial Number: N1N0595379 o MFD Date: N/A o Type: Natural Gas • Compressors must be manufactured by Emerson and be scroll compressors. • Remove existing equipment and replace it with new equipment. • Provide a new thermostat. • Provide and install new curb adapter. • Install new electrical disconnect and make connections. • Connect to existing duct work, electrical and drain. • Remove unit from roof and leave for City removal. • New units must be installed per manufacture specification. • Provide operator instruction and training with regards operation of new unit to include up to 8 hours of operator instruction and operator training.
