Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Mental Health requires a contract for recovery housing peer review services to support Missouri citizens in recovery from addiction. The Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Providers (MCRSP) is the Missouri affiliate and partner of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR). NARR is a nonprofit and recovery community organization that currently serves regional affiliate organizations to provide support to persons in addiction recovery who are living in over 2,500 certified recovery residences throughout the United States. The Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) recognizes NARR as the national accrediting body for recovery housing. The SAMHSA is the agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that leads public health efforts to advance the behavioral health of the nation.
