The contractor's duties shall include but not necessarily be limited to: a. Collecting all records from identified County office locations. b. Shredding all records completely to a maximum particle size of no greater than one (1) square inch. However, if requested, and if the contractor has indicated on the Vendor Response and Pricing Page that it is possible to shred to a maximum particle size of 5/16", then the contractor shall shred to this size. c. Providing the County with a Certificate of Destruction. At a minimum, the Certificate of Destruction must include the name and address of the County department, date of service, description, service representative name, and truck number and, if applicable, the total weight of records shredded.
