Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Employee Benefit Broker Services: Provide expert advice and consultation on the design and selection of employee benefit plans. Negotiate and secure competitive rates for medical (including pharmacy), dental, vision, life insurance, and EAP services. Facilitate the enrollment and administration of employee benefit plans. Monitor and ensure benefit plan compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Identify any fees associated with compliance of these laws and regulations. Conduct a minimum of one (1) annual training session for employees, providing detailed explanations of their benefits and offering guidance on maximizing the utilization of available benefits. Provide COBRA administration. Identify if any additional fees apply. Identify any Wellness Programs available and any associated fees. Bill reconciliation services. Provide the lowest cost/best value for reinsurance. Lowest cost/best value Third-party Administrator, if using. 2. Benefits Administration Software: Evaluate, recommend, and implement a benefits administration software solution to enhance efficiency in managing employee benefits. Provide ongoing support and training for the selected benefits administration software.
