Specifications include, but are not limited to: collection, hauling, and disposal of household waste (as defined in St. Louis County Waste Management Code Chapter 607 limited to single and multiple residences and sometimes referred to as “trash”), recovered materials (as defined in Chapter 607 and sometimes referred to as “recyclables”), bulky waste (as defined in Chapter 607) Collectively these collections are referred to as “basic” service or minimum level of service.” This scope of work also includes the collection, hauling and disposal of yard waste, additional household waste, additional bulky waste, major appliances and electronics collections, minor renovation/emergency debris removal, leaf vacuuming, and Christmas tree collections.
