Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of existing exterior marquee sign and base brick structure in front of the Overland Community Center. a. Disconnect existing electric and cap b. Remove existing brick and partial footing and dispose c. Remove dirt and dispose 2. Install new concrete footing and support steel pole, if necessary. 3. Installation of one (1) new illuminated monument sign with a brick or faux brick base and inclusion of City logo for LED Message Center over supporting steel pole. a. Maximum dimensions of overall monument sign with LED message center: 116” in height, 120” in length, and 27” in width. b. Lighting within the monument must be controlled by photocell yielding dusk to dawn lighting. c. The graphics and lettering within the banner area must be visible both during the daytime (unlit) hours and night time (lit hours). d. Design must be stylistic or have an architectural connection of the sign to the City and its history. e. Please include structural drawings with the type of material used and design layouts with views given in daylight and night time modes with your Bid Submittal. 4. Installation and supply of one (1) double sided 29” h x 87” w x 20” deep 10 mm full color Watchfire LED message center (2’h x 7’w VO) with broadband communication and a 4G life-ofsign cellular data plan. See attached Sign Cabinet specification requirements. a. Surface materials in the LED active area such as metal, plastic, or other face materials must be designed for low sunlight reflectivity. b. All wiring must be housed inside wire ways. Wire ways should be mounted so that water cannot get into wires resulting in shorts. Wiring shall comply with all federal (national), state, and local codes
