Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is considering implementation of a PCard program with the following key goals: •Complete in-house management of the PCard Program which includes: a.Create individual user profiles and request new/replacement cards via web portal; b.Provide cardholder review; and c.Provide monthly reconciliation file to be imported to City’s Financial Software System and automate steps in the A/P process – (current system is Tyler Technologies’ New World ERP). •Generate revenue to the City in the form of rebates for using the PCard Program. •PCard Program is preferred to be provided at no cost to the City (i.e. No Annual Fees, Software/Programming Fees, per Card Fees, Transaction Fees, etc.).
