Point-to-point variation shall not be less than .05 percent variation of specified mil gauge. The gauge of the blue bag film shall be 2.0 mils, 1. 75 mils or 1.5 mils. Point-to-point variation shall not be less than .05 percent variation of specified mil gauge. The film shall be capable of incineration under normal municipal incineration practices. Alternate: Proposal for plastic bags Bags shall be quoted based on minimum performance standards IN LIEU of film/ gauge, for tear resistance and strength rather than thickness to take advantage of new resins and technologies.
