A house, a garage structure, and a trash, are to be demolished and removed from the Property that is generally described as: 1015 Seneca St. That no agreement, statement or term in this Exhibit shall be deemed to define or negate terms of the signed agreement the Contractor and the City have reached relating to the subject Property (hereinafter, in this Exhibit, and incorporating amendments and exhibits referred to or attached to such agreement, the “Agreement”) except to the extent that such Agreement specifically and explicitly identifies to this Exhibit. 2. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations in performing all duties described in this Exhibit or the Agreement. 3. To the extent that any term stated in this Exhibit contradicts any other terms in the Agreement, the term in this Exhibit will be deemed to override such other terms, but only to the extent that the term in this Exhibit does not violate applicable laws, regulations or the City Code of Ordinances; in the event terms of this Exhibit violate applicable laws, regulations or the City Code of Ordinances, any applicable terms in the Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.
