• The estimate of 60 (80 lb) propane cylinders and 10,000 - 15,000 gallons of propane is only an estimate, therefore should be used only as a bidding tool. The quantity purchased will vary depending upon the weather conditions. • The City of Lebanon reserves the right to accept any proposal and/or bids, to reject any and/or all proposals and or bids in full or in part, and to waive irregularities and/or formalities as deemed appropriate. Price will not be the only consideration in the selection of the contract or agreement. • Supply bulk propane to City of Lebanon facilities as indicated on the chart below. • Refill cylinders as requested by Public Works, 1401 West Commercial. • Refill cylinders as requested by the Civic Center, 500 East Elm.
